I've had this as well.Having college kids, it's more of an adopted parent role where our authority was simply extended but still professional.When you have peers by age, there can be two issues.

I was wondering about the frequency of pest control service in central Florida.

Engineering expenses can be surprisingly expensive, especially if local authorities will require some type of water retention system to compensate for the fact that large amounts of soil with vegetation, that used to absorb rainfall, will now be covered with concrete and asphalt. 

multi would be centralized so units aren't geographically dispersed.

Window units, through the wall, or central depending on the home.  

I just feel like the opportunities in central/northern Florida far out weigh anything I can get within a 2 hr radius of Irvine.

Hello I just bought a property in Central district of Seattle, the site is LR-2 zoned.

Management seems to be non-existent and the apartments are party-central, which was big reason we ended up going with a regular apartment for my daughter and her roommate.
