So, after you sign your name, in parentheses you should indicate your company title -- this might be "Member," "Manager" or "Managing Member" if the business is an LLC, or whatever your title is if the company is a corporation.It might look like this:Prosperous Properties, LLC----------------------------------BUYER'S NAME[Your Personal Signature] (Managing Member)-----------------------------------------------------------SIGNATUREIf you want to be very careful, you can always replace "Managing Member" above with "Sean Gallagher signing on behalf of Prosperous Properties as its Managing Member," though that's a pain in the butt if you're signing a lot of documents and it's not necessary.
