@Paul Meyer I joined Fortune Builders mastery program.Like any educational program it only gives what you put into it.I do know that in my 2 years of education,I am more knowledgeable than many of the Real estate agents I encounter.There are FB coaches on this forum,one of mine in fact.You can scramble around and try any “hack” formula that you find or you can get a program that lays out every aspect step by step with coaches in each area.No gurus,these folks are in the business investing themselves or they are not part of the program.Best of Luck!

You’ll want to get a renovation/rehab version of Builders Risk, and liability. 

Dirty manual labor jobs will beat up your body over time.

Trades are great, but its tough work, construction kills your body, most of the time you don't get benefits, and I believe statistically college grads make 40% more than those who don't.
