.), until more permanent structures can be built.And with 5G rolling in (with government support), in the next few years (as need increases) it seems like coverage should increase.My understanding of this, is some carriers have stronger signals in some areas than others, and 3 bars on one carrier could mean 1 bar on another.Meaning one resident could have decent coverage and another could have spotty weak coverage depending on who you pay your monthly bill too (and many people are locked into longer term plans with phone financing built in), so a product (service?)

Not sure if this would give me the right to monitor - I never have - but I actually know several instances of renters who have gone on vacation in Jan/Feb and turned their heat off to save themselves the $20 or so in bills, only to have pipes freeze when they were away.

@Donovan MaskellFor utilities you can ask the previous owner what the utility bills were for the previous year and charge the tenants a 12 month average of that.

Who do you use for your Self-Directed Solo-401k and do you need a "checkbook" Self-Directed Solo-401k to avoid nickle and dime fees every time you need to send money for xyz repair or bill - or just hoping income each month will cover most bills so you'll not be sending money OUT very often?

@Elizabeth GomezHaving an LLC without a business leaves no benefit.Having an LLC doesn't necessarily just make things like cell phone bill, gas deductible.Once you have a rental that is placed in service - you can benefit from being able to deduct items that relate to that business.
