means to go through with the foreclosure.if you do a deed in lui you do this.1. buy the note 2. have your local attorney / or title company prep deed in Lui 3. record it.. you now own it sub too any bad title issue.I rescued my wifes church in Cathlamet Wa.. in the same way her grand parents built it.

They are expanding the major freeway that connects Pearland to downtown so traffic is bad right now, but I believe they are expected to finish in late 2019 so the area is only going to explode more than it already is.

So there is really no downside to paying a junior PM minimum wage to waste his/her day in court while the owner gets a bad tenant out and a new tenant for (most likely) higher rent.

So i TOTALLY RECOMMEND INVESTING IN TENNESSEE.Speaking on South Florida, First off its not a very large area in terms of land compared to other areas in the country, so with this in mind I don't know that i would say its a bad area to invest in, but i do think that a seasoned investor would do much better here than a newbie, simply bc i think its safe to assume they would have the network/financial backing to move quickly on deals...
