I just finished reading the Ultimate Guide and had a few questions.How do you decide what strategy to use?

He was able to sell the 12 empty units, finish, and sell the uncompleted 6 units.  

Should I speak with a lender early in the process or wait until the work is finished?

I just finished reading "The Book on Flipping Houses" which provided the insight I was looking for, relative to starting a business in wholesaling and obtaining some knowledge on what to expect in the REI world.  

Will the finishes be of the same quality as the home next door?

but the finishes are not as nice as the  current apartment which we completely redid , new kitchen etc. 

I look at surrounding newly finished homes and assume that the land value is 18%-20% of the sales price.

Looking through the pictures, these 4 homes all look similar to the one for $110,000, but are in better condition, albeit with cheap appliances/finishes.So, based off of this info, assuming I would put in nice (but appropriate for the area) finishes on this house, would it be a reasonable assumption to assume I could list for $160 and close for $155,000?
