She wrote back that he told her he received a "substantially" higher offer and that the very day he attempted to cancel his counter offer to me 9 hours early, he went into contract with another buyer.When I received the e-mail containing his written withdrawal of the counter I thought "oh well, that's that" and initially thought I had lost the right to accept his counter offer.

Other downsides, heater is oil heat, and no central AC (just small window unit), large yard is very overgrown with Himalayan blackberry bushes, and no garage (converted garage to living room space).Upsides: decent condition wood flooring in bedrooms and about half of the living space area, newer vinyl windows in most of the house, outside siding in great shape, roof looks to be in good shape, and the most important upside is the neighborhood, excellent area.FinancialsThere are already multiple offers on the property and they are accepting offers until Monday morning.

That... and several breeds on restricted breed lists have been shown to be less aggressive and bite less than other breeds that aren't on such lists- so I'm lost on how insurance companies (who largely work on statistics/data) have created such lists.
