I still work with my realtor, Lisa Ellis, but I've taken a note from Jerry Norton on YouTube and try to work with the listing agent on MLS deals so they're a bit more incentivized to help me out.

I would say soak up all that you can on Youtube...

To educate & inform myself, I've been watching several YouTube videos, researching articles, and just began reading, "How to Invest in Real Estate..." by Brandon Turner & Joshua Dorkin.

I’ve already gotten through a number of books, podcasts, YouTube videos etc. now I’ve really just got to start networking and getting to know some of the more intimate details of the business.

I like eating out in restaurants, boating, golf, pets, horses, watching strongman competitions, grilling out, having, and going to, dinner parties, watching old movies, classic cars, music/concerts, eating healthy.  

I should add that in terms of "theory knowledge" about Real estate and analyzing deals, I've been reading/studying a lot from Youtube/Podcasts/Articles etc.. 

I saw a Youtube video of someone saying to refinance and get out of Bank Statement Loan as soon as possible..It will be our primary home but Ideally I'd like to use this unit as a full time STR (short term rental) through Airbnb as it cash flows a lot better than a long term rental.

Keep reading books, keep watching YouTube videos, and keep listening to podcasts.
