When I spoke to the lender on the phone, he told me something that I had not heard about before.

And you will receive a phone call from me within 15 minutes of the buyer's agent hitting the "send" button on that offer email with me BCC'd.For the 55% that are retail homebuyers lacking bandwidth to understand the advantages of what you propose, when I start asking for that stuff, they just stop returning my calls/emails... and walk into WF or call a 1-800 number, and get one of their stated income & stated asset preapprovals, and off house-hunting they go with their fake preapprovals/prequals.

I'd also love to talk to you on the phone tomorrow to see what you think of a certain area before we spend the money to fly out there. 

My husband went to check it out instead when she was available that day and with the technician on the phone determined that something more serious than lighting the pilot switch was going on.

@Jake Thomas  good points.. when I first started in real estate sales circa 1975.. there was no internet heck there was not even a MLS or a computer on your desk top.. the MLS was a big book.I worked every weekend both days 50 weeks a year.. and I worked 3 to 4 nights during the night.what I did have time though during the day ( because not bogged down on computer or cell phone) was to golf fish other actives that I could do middle of the day..

If you are an agent and you are sending direct mail (or any print advertising for that matter) you have to have your brokerage's name, phone number and address on all of your mailings.  

He didn't return phone calls or text messages and it took me threatening to tow his nice expensive trailer to them impoundment place for hi man to call me back.

All the back and forth conversations we basically had via phone or email.
