I do have a mildly funny story I'd like to tell.So I attended a Rich Dad, Poor Dad RE seminar this past weekend and I went in there with the fore knowledge it was basically a sales pitch to buy their continuing classes. 

Hopefully things go smoothly, and I promise the more effort you put into clear and concise communication in the beginning, the less chance tenant will get upset as a result of unexpected outcomes (like starting an eviction process, if only because you have to protect yourself).Source - years working in real estate.

Not trying to get rich quick but we would like to be able to use the profits on the unit to pay down the loan but is it reasonable to expect the 4th unit to be all profit?
