The thing about this site that I like is that there are those on here who have done it all and are doing it all every day.If the only thing posted on the threads were great ideas or things that could work 1 out of 1,000 times, how would the new investors learn the practical steps to building a real estate career?

So as a practical matter, the school district bring these actions to collect money from the owner or a lender.

@Andrea NielsonI've never had to do this in practice, but I do believe that if they share a living space you can specify.

May as well not bother screening at all with that practice.

Would be helpful if you share your experience and the best practices. 

I think practically, it would be better that I would focus on wholesaling, though I understand it would be very difficult to find the deals.
