It's not a low income building and the tenant earns over 11k a month.  

And while I appreciate anyone trying to earn business - how do we know if they are any good or not?   

I guess it felt disloyal to me to use multiple agents but I suppose that loyalty is earned through results.

Average Hourly Earnings were an impressive 5.6% higher in March than a year ago.

If that's the case, I would put most effort into maximizing the earning potential from your career instead of trying to run an airBNB business.  

Don't forget to check your local laws and ordinances that describe when a "guest" earns "tenant" rights, typically after they've stayed there over a month. 

It only benefits you if you have losses from RE and you are able to offset earned profits.

I recommend looking for a fourplex so you can rent three units, rent the spare bedroom in your personal unit, and you may even earn enough that you won't have to pay anything out of pocket.
