(Tenant1) had a pending eviction (tenant2) admitted to under the table income (3) was an older woman great fit for a year or two but was losing her mobility so I wasn't a long term fit for her.  

We used a mobile notary in a similar situation.

You’re not buying mobile home, you are buying a home it is built in manufactory instead of build on site.

We had enough cash that we have purchased two properties (3/2 and a mobile home) that we plan to rent.
