He left to stay at the Ramada, in the center of the city which is more lit up.

It is mostly centered on investing in apartments and syndication, but anyone is welcome and the more we have the better. 

I live in Spring and work in the Medical Center (close to UH) and I avoid the commute by starting my day early....so there is that.
