I’m wondering should I back out of this deal over this issue if it is not fixed?

I don’t have an immediate need for the equity transfer but it seems like the right thing because mobiles are so hard to leverage and I don’t want this new property using up all my equity indefinitely. 

We find properties down this way all the time for 200k - 250k, they need 100k and are worth 450k - 500k after.

I remember listening to a podcast episode of someone who would rent their LTRs to a non-profit at market value so they could use the housing for people in need.

The owner is an older gentleman and has managed this property for years.

It’s a niche, but a valuable one for Canadian investors looking to diversify into U.S. markets.

I’d like to send a notification addressing this to my tenants.
