So if you are negligent and the city has to step in, they bill it back to you, and put a lien on your property if not paid.Out in Long Island, there is a question whether the owner of the property or the town pays for the removal of dead trees.

The downside is that because they are stock cabinets there are not alot of 'custom' things you can do with them.PS - If you use any major retailer to install your cabinets, alot of times they will give you the cabinets for free and have you make up the cost in installation so you can save sales tax.
