So if you are negligent and the city has to step in, they bill it back to you, and put a lien on your property if not paid.Out in Long Island, there is a question whether the owner of the property or the town pays for the removal of dead trees.

The ones my company offers are registered with the SEC and are not traded on the stock market. 

Few have sold a lot of their property lately because they think Currency and Stock Market are crashing very soon and everything else will follow.

Yes, the stocks are thoroughly diversified... but the stock and bond markets still feel like one entity to me. 

The downside is that because they are stock cabinets there are not alot of 'custom' things you can do with them.PS - If you use any major retailer to install your cabinets, alot of times they will give you the cabinets for free and have you make up the cost in installation so you can save sales tax.

I used to dabble a little in the stock market and one thing I learned is you have to do the opposit of what the majority are doing.

I have been investing in the stock market since 2008 and I'm pretty pleased with my portfolio at this point, however, I'm looking for investments I have a little more control over (you'd have to buy a awful lot of coke to make their stock price increase). 

Even if you do get a deed dated 4/19/11, some local jurisdictions may say the deed was not perfected in a timely manner or your grantor is  dead, nuts or where is he?

Looks like deal is dead and then months/year later we get the property!
