I know to many- the fight over a storm door may be petty- but the bigger issue here is the failure of the Board to enforce/apply standards fairly and consistently throughout the neighborhood.

The whole house gets the same color (except I paint basements one shade lighter).Here they are:Main living area (1st and 2nd floors): Totally Tan SW6115 in Eggshell SherScrubBasement: Bagel SW6114 in Eggshell SherScrubCeilings: Navajo White SW6126 in Flat SherScrubTrim and Doors: Creamy SW7012 in Semi-gloss Promar or DurationI've been using these colors consistently on all my flips and get rave reviews.

This is really a unique thing about BP, and I believe by having a private forum for PRO member will not be consistent with what BP was truly started for.I think a better way to generate revenues for BP is marketing, by opening up the website to some creditable advertisers.

This is consistent with decreasing the volatility of your equity portfolio as you age too....which is what most portfolio designers preach.Of course....there are those on BP that claim this is non-optimal and that these people are not "serious businessmen."

Since i am from NY they seemed like the perfect fit for me as they take care of the rehab and management of the property so I am pretty much hands off and from the looks of it day 1 i will see a small cash flow of about $200-$300.My goal is to buy and hold and build a consistent monthly income.
