Think of it in terms of packing for a trip.

If you're seriously thinking about investing there, you need to take a few trips down there and familiarize yourself with that market, besides just taking everyone's word.

I would contact the court house and find out the status of your applications first, get your funds and paperwork back second, plan on making a trip in to meet with your manager in person third, if they spend that much time at the court house not doing very good job at managing, as being available in your place is their primary task, you don't say what the problem was with the property you took over but could that be getting in the way?

I hope you planned to return while buying more stuff verse a seperate trip.

They spent the last 2 days of their trip looking for it but nada.I guess with hundreds of guests having come and gone, the issue hasn't reared it's head much.

Nothing like going to Montana spend all that money for the trip and cant match the hatch .. when a guide will put you on fish constantly.
