I think between the semi large companies that exist hear and the norarity sookane has gotten as of late from various widely recognized magazines as top places to live that’s still affordable is attractive to residence. 

Many will be really solid, but I've been in some (and had one as a listing) where the wide pine flooring was so thin that it flexed as you walked across it.  

I am looking at an off market deal in downtown Napa, CA for a double-wide lot that has 2 buildings and 3 units on it.
