Im Curtis i would like to fortify by buyers list in Portland Oregon and Nationally. I get leads from time to time and really would like to have more solid foundation with buyers instead of scrambling to find someone. 

Now as a Banker I understand you will have a shorter pay off but you also have to take into consideration market declines.If the market declines in any way or if your area suddenly gets hit with a higher than normal foreclosure/short sale values can drop.

We are planning a move to be closer to family and are looking at whether to rent or buy given the current market.

The dealbreaker on not being an acceptable option for insurance purposes pretty much made Everseal a non-entity in our market.  

Have you tested the market yet with this set up?
