I think those purchases could now become larger and the pricing will likely be lower as sellers seek sources of liquidity and quality counterparties.As to where rates go from here, it is my view that low rates are here for quite some time (maybe years)...though they may not find their way to the mortgage market for several months.Why?

I typically like to meet he pet to ensure they are not aggressive and I typically will view there living conditions to make sure my property isn’t going to become their poop pads.

I am asking those viewing the units whether they have symptoms or possibly been exposed to COVID-19 prior to showing them the apartment.

So I'm friends with a couple who want to go in on a triplex and we are thinking about going in on the this deal 50/50. My question is about interest rates. I plan on living in one of the units after we buy this place....
