Also offer to take photos, videos, etc. for minimum wage or free as this could be a huge draw to some smaller brokerages that have to take the time to do it in house, or pay hundreds to have a pro take the pics. 

I was able to speak with a handyman who I've worked with in the past and he's going to go there to take pictures/ videos, get his POV/ assessment, and put tarps over the roof holes to the best of his ability.

I have been going through numerous YouTube videos and looking at podcasts. 

Bigger issue for me are those plumbers leaving a mess...maybe have a chat with them and have them knock off $100 from their bill if you can - or just let them know what they left behind was unacceptable - and they should think about that for future jobs.

Well I caught her cheating red-handed even got it on video.. afterwards when I get back home she messages me talking about please forgive me I'm sorry that she still wants to make the marriage work but I just went by there two hours later and the guy still there so how is that trying to make it work
