Thursday morning - break-in / burglary reported  Somewhat oddly;  only some jewelry was taken - despite lots of other small valuable items being there.  

They would have to sturdy up the existing  farm road (with is squeezed between river and our property).The farm road is about 25 feet away from the river, the banks of the river are eroding an average of 3 feet a year.The long and short of it is...owning our land would make their land much more valuable.

I'm in Texas, are there any recommended books/ study guides that you feel is best to prepare for the exam?

You definitely need someone local to guide you, as the difference between a good neighborhood and a down right scary area is a matter of blocks.  

You just need to partner up with the right people to help guide you on the right path! 

So I read the book, then Cash Flow Quadrant, then Rich Dad's Guide To Investing, then Increase Your Financial IQ.

I have a hard time imagining a scale where my time is so valuable that I'd rather not save a few hundred dollars (per property) with a phone call annually.
