@Eric Telese not necessarily, I know some main utilities are gas electric, there’s a pool, and this is based off of going through hard money as a newbie investor I’m not sure what points and fees would include.

In that respect, MF is a valid option.

If your current mortgage is FHA, you would need a valid reason, see FHA website, to have two FHA loans at once, or you could refinance the current house with a conventional mortgage.

If the son wants to sign then he should do so using a valid power of attorney (or court appointment as a guardian/conservator).

Never late on rent, her complaints about the house have all been valid, including this last one.  

I have spent time, effort, and a few bucks in gas and McDonalds and gotten nothing out of it.
