Even the wholesale fixer upper deals I am seeing are going for more than I paid for these off the MLS in 2016. 5 are single family cabin vacation rentals in the Smoky Mtns (G-burg/P-Forge area), and the rest are low income duplexes and single families in a smaller market in east TN.
