Is it being sold as a fixer or has it already been remodeled, and/or updated, etc.? 

I wanted to update everyone that made mentions on here.I found out that the 5ftx132ft is an actual parcel owned by the Cleveland city (some how they declared it was vacant) I have to put in an applicaton to try attain this parcel.

I am getting ready for my second cash-out refinance in a couple of months, and I aim to about break even.

My question today is actually about my personal home which was built in 1973.We have a finished basement we plan to update.

I am aiming at purchasing a short sale with a lease option/lease purchase (requesting the deed of trust for a small price).

The plumping had been updated, as well as the electrical but the icing on the cake was a brand new central AC unit which had been put in a few years prior, which is really really hard to come by in my area of investment.The daughter who had power of atoney was there along with her husband, when I stopped by. 

I'm certain that real estate investing is what I want to do and I aim to also be a broker because I feel it will help me with the investment side of the business.
