I currently own and operate two STRs in Minnesota (1 in the Brainerd Lakes Area and one in Duluth) and think owning a vacation rental in a market where the winter and spring are the busy seasons would be nice to offset my current slow seasons being in northern Minnesota. 

I have three email addresses and that is two too many.

You don't want someone to come and stay and there only be one spoon and two large plates because the others went missing over time.

My first and only real estate purchase at this point is the condo that my husband and I currently live in that I bought two years ago.

I have done much research and narrowed it down to these two cities.

Hi Everyone,Today during a windstorm the three entrace cables for my triplex were ripped off the house when a large branch fell off a neighbor's dead tree two houses over.
