It's a different mindset and way of living with life.Often I see the traffic on the freeways and at the park people going on the weekend trying to squeeze in every second of time before hitting the 9 to 5 again.

If you pulled up at a traffic light next to someone with an X5 that they bought on a loan, their payment is most likely more like $1,500 a month or more. 

Bay Area traffic waste too much time.

Since I came along their organic traffic pretty much stopped dead!

I'm emphasizing the closeness to public transportation because it is going to play a huge role moving forward especially due to the increase in traffic congestion.

A good one is arstechnica.com who do alot of technology and investigative type journalism and have discussed airbnb in the past.Once you get it on to some news site, submit a link to slashdot.org for yet more traffic (with disclaimer that you're involved).Best of luck! 

The traffic on my easement has literally increased 50 fold.

I currently drive in Hawaii which is some of the worse traffic in the US, and the average yearly registration fee is $300-500. 

Con: - Atlanta is very dense. heavy traffic.
