Not sureif this was the beginning. ...but there were alot of restrictions, one being you couldn't own multiple properties even if the purchase was for primary residence. 

I don't like dealing with multiple contractors even though Home Depot guarantees your satisfaction I don't want the hassle of having things fixed.  

Im backing out of yet another deal because it is a long distance investment and you and multiple other people are forecasting a lot of headache to come.

Recently I have been torn with my decision on execution and I'd like to hear what BP has to say.I currently don't own any properties and I am looking to purchase a multi-family unit so that I can get my first property, rent it out and start building equity.I have heard from multiple friends about how the market is on peak and I should probably wait to purchase a property.What opinions do you guys have with this topic?

Now we are seeing multiple markets come  back around.

You could also sell and purchase multiple less expensive assets in order to reach positive cash flow.
