-Getting outside the real estate focus a bit here, but there are a ton of resources out there for figuring ranch profitability:https://extension.sdstate.edu/...https://texnat.tamu.edu/https://www.grainews.ca/livest...Obviously ranch profitability has several variables (rainfall, forage types and health, soil health, cattle prices, feed/hay prices, etc.), it seems to me one of the biggest factors that are controllable is the initial investment in land.

Esp wrt to financial health and previous ground up experience. 

I understand that I'd probably only get my dream home when I'm 50, and that major things like changing budgets, children, health will impact this timeline, but it seems like a low risk real estate method, that will have a similar enough payoff due the fact that I'm fortunate to be making a good salary.

You're not alone @Jay Groleau - and ListSource isn't the only provider with this problem (I've seen it with AgentPro247 and others too).The problem isn't so much with the provider, but with the public records that are being pulled.

While they would have to be able to bath, dress, feed themselves, there is often a level of monitoring required by a certain level of health care professional (often at the nursing assistant level stage) to be present much of the time.It can be financially rewarding for the person running such a program; the veterans themselves in my neck of the woods will often pay upwards of $800 to $1200 each for their room and board (still less expensive than their next step which would be a nursing home facility) but the VA does require regular monitoring of these type of facilities.Gail (who works in a VA Medical facility)
