I have known of people who retire from the service and supplement their income using REI just fine and it works out for them very well...not to mention the favorable VA loans you would presumably be able to get as a veteran.Also, my best friend (and best man at my wedding) is a broker in Marengo...about 30 mins from Hoffman Estates.

You can also do little adjustments to your listing frequently like changing the price slightly, adding promotions, changing the listing description, adding new photos/videos.
