That meant extra for hotels/food/fun while traveling.

I like to remind them they are renting a house and not a hotel room.  

Just happen to stumble across this and kinda ironic but a few weeks ago I was having dinner at the bar in Friday’s in Wilkes barre and met a guy who is a district manager for a car rental company and his boss wanted him to get an apartment in the area instead of staying in hotels.

Whether it be rewards in flight miles or hotel stays, I'd be interested to hear anything!

I won't be investing in the riskiest/most supportable asset subclasses such as hotels, and tilt my portfolio the ones that have historically been more stable such as multifamily and single-family housing.

I especially like hotels and big scale apartments if I can find them.  

Through initial research, there are very few AirBnB options for anyone out of town looking for a non-hotel experience. 

The parthenon at centennial, love cir used to have a great view of the city, plaza mariachi is a unique multicultural experience, we have a topgolf now, grand ol Opry, soundwaves at opryland is new, drive up and down music row, the res a cool 'secret" speakeasy under the noelle hotel.
