Will the existing assessed value of the land and improvements stay the same and just the new improvements added?

No complaints so far.Try to stay more on the north side as crimes are less there.It kind of a risk reward type situation. 

Anyone can play plumber, but being a plumber and doing it profitably is usually different.Be aware, each brokerage is different.

I’ll be back down in Adelaide for the entire month of December staying with my family.

For an investment, I would say to stay clear.
