Prosper is very expensive in my opinion, especially when starting out.

I recently started my wholesaling business and within my first month have already locked up a couple Vacant land properties and I want to go all in on this strategy!

But start back and zero if you want for me so I can walk you to your goal...Lastly, price sensitivity hints at low problem solving, scarcity mindset, time value not worth much to yourself (well at least now), so that paradigm will have to shift if you are to become an investment juggernaut.  

I’ve been looking for my first rental and have looked at 40-50 places and none of them cash flow.

But I can't find a place to order the book anywhere in the website and don't see a way to connect a customer care.

Right now, for the liability coverage, we have an umbrella insurance in place.

But since this wasn’t the initial plan, I already placed the home in an LLC about a year ago, will that prevent this rule from being valid?
