You have a crap ton of forms, pay quarterly withholding/self-employment tax/payroll tax, give yourself a W-2, and so be prepared to spend money hiring a CPA and a payroll program/service.

You did "bird dog" it for him, so try to get two things out of this: "bird dog" referral reward, and to learn the biz by having permission to observe the rehab.Or you could be spiteful instead.I would never subscribe to being anyones doormat, while I wouldnt spend much time burning and stewing, I would definitely make sure anyone I know and they know in the business are aware of this clown and his practice.
