Should I expand the search radius to find other duplexes to do a proper analysis of the comps?

You can start by going to www.narpm.org and search their directory of managers.

While your searching for a property management company you'll wanna give The Ultimate Guide to Grading Cleveland Neighborhoods a read.

There's a search option by either owner's name or address and I just plug in the street name and all of the houses on that street pop up.

After that I would decide if I want to be more involved, or if I like the passive income and searching for deals.Hope this helps.
