I used to work for my CPA, and come tax time I was scanning receipts that clients brought in related to business expenses.

Have them read and sign with a witness and fax or scan/email the signature page to your.

And I have a search for all Closed properties that fit my criteria, so I get a list each day and scan through those to keep track of sold prices, not to mention anything I might have lost out on during bidding - I want to know what those sold for.
