Now at the same time their lease with me is expiring, and the husband asked me to write a new lease with just him and his 2 kids as tenants.My initial thought is that since she is on the lease she has some rights and if i just remove her from the lease I could end up with problems.

Could even be for removal of something in the interior, like gutting related to hazard. substances used on the property (meth cooking, etc.).

I am looking for a $1.2-$1.6m property with a 6-6.75 CAP with AT LEAST a 10 yr term remaining on fast food restaurant locations in larger metropolitan areas ( >80,000 population in 5 miles) preferably in TX and FL but will consider nationwide.The only tool I have really been using has been Loopnet.

They stole the bike wrack we had out there (yep, you read that right, the city stole it), they removed all the bushes and flowers, and they constantly try and move the decorative garbage containers we have out so that people dont have to throw crap on the side walk and street.The DDA just turned down a million dollar business that wanted to move into the area because he wanted to have automatic doors like you see at some CVS drug stores.
