@Flint Gardner, we have been using Buildium for the last 10+ years and there ABSOLUTELY is the ability to enter any number of units in a multi-unit building.   

However, while one point stated have ability for attorney review, another section stated for auction properties, supposed to have attorney review agreement before bidding(and realtor supposed to inform you)??

My negative view is because wile the legal safe guards are important the only real asset here are the contracts and you need to evaluate them as well as the ability to perform.

As your quantity of work and relationship with your contractor grows, so does the ability of him to give you better pricing and thus keep more profits in your pocket as well.

The irs might send you a bill, but no one is going to drag you into a debtors hearing and order you to empty your pockets in front of a judge.

When people throw around the terms "discrimination" or "racism", while they themselves make racist remarks.

Interest & depreciation are treated as an expense, and exchanging defers taxes.The key is to have confidence in your ability to create a series of great deals to build your portfolio.
