The other night I had dinner with one of my biggest customers (W2 job) and it came up that him and his brother own 45 units.

I have the skills to do pretty much any renovations myself (having sold my last home which I renovated throughout myself), but will look to use contractors for most of it.I've had some challenges in moving forward, which I'll post in the relevant forum areas.Why I'm doing this.... well, it's really about building wealth long-term for myself and my kids.

We certified as retailers and have had customers inquire about 16' homes.  

I also use the Theodolite app to snap a picture that is georeferenced with a date, time, location stamp and a custom note stamp with the address.

Recently, one of my customers bought an obsolete 146k sq ft factory and in the course of our conversation offered me the ability to rent a space there that's about 2k sq ft. 

However, my fix and flip customers continue to do well in Denver, it's just very hard to find properties to flip.

I have also tried to use the same providers over time, once they have the customer's trust, I have seen them quote lot higher prices (especially HVAC & plumbing).

Marketing is one of the best ways to get the chance of customers attention.
