From my lending experience I concur that it is difficult sometimes for investors, especially new investors, to hear that the reason for a reduced loan amount or no loan is because their margins are small or non-existent, thus resulting in future problems for BOTH lender and borrower.

With the interest rate misquoted in the LOI, that would have reduced my current interest payments by about $900 a month so was a no brainer to me.

Taking benefits prior to 66 you end up with some type of reduced benefit until you get to full benefit age.

Yea the containers are also normally sealed, from what I have heard, reducing pests inside the units.

Buying the mortgage (debt) is pretty unlikely play.Acquiring the equity of the heirs may be available however I would not go that myself because odds are high their equity will be reduced or eliminated by offsets due to medical card provider's claims for reimbursement.

It's obviously a good chunk of money that will be added to my income but have read that I can deduct certain expenses in order to reduce the income.
