@Joe Splitrock  yes just the reality of owning rentals.. my position is this is not a 5 year program or a 10 year.you really need to go into this with forever in mind.. or at least to they are paid for so that if you do owe guvmit money to sell your taking it out of proceeds and not stroking a check for it.

In reality the deal cash flows you are just paying it off soon which is great for future cash flow after the 7 years.

The reality is that they don’t, as long as they continue to get paid.For a paper mortgage, I simply mean a note or mortgage agreement between you and the LLC without taking formal steps, such as filng the note with the county recorder.
