Hello allI have a scenario to run by you and I know what most will say but I just want it to make sense as to why I would pass when my trigger finger keeps wanting to pull the trigger :)Portfolio of rentals for sale, 14 Duplex units and 1 Single Family in Timbuk (names have been changed to protect the innocent) yes they aren't in the greatest area which isn't good I know but they have all been upgraded new roofs etc. 90% occupied at moment asking 580k for all.

All three forms should give you protection of your personal assets against corporate liability, as long as certain procedures are followed.Talk to a qualified business attorney, tax attorney and/or CPA to get better advice.
