@Cecelia RedmondI have the same question come to mind as @Dawn Anastasi.If you want to flip houses, rather than spend thousands on some slickly promoted guru class, why not find a successful flipper in your area and approach her/him with an offer to put money into their next project with the condition that you get to apprentice during the process.
