I don't know a lot about how auctions work--is financing for auctions pretty cut and dry?

I’ve heard bill cox and Eric cambell are pretty good.

Now I know that that equation is pretty easy and it’s just a ratio of income/dollars spent, but the harder question is......should I do either?

I live quite modestly relative to my income and I'm young enough that I'm fine jumping into a job again if I need to, so I've got a pretty high risk tolerance (so long as it has comparable reward potential, of course).I've been planning on just making money off the investment income, but I've always been rather interested in real estate investing and it occurred to me recently that I will probably have an easier time getting a mortgage now with my income than I will in a couple months when I don't have an active income.

In my area, it is a pretty easy pull off of the MLS.

Often rent is the same price as your mortgage would be so pretty much you are just paying yourself to live there.

Its also next to angle lake park/angle lake which is pretty nice.

From reading on this forum, though, it seems pretty commonplace to not use a bookkeeper, with many investors using their own system(s) for tracking this information.
