I can’t and won’t tell you what choice to make but you have to prioritize and decide just how important investing in the near term is to you.

Some of the larger players are Inland, Passco, AEI, Cantor Fitzgerald, Bluerock (just to name a few).

Once that is done, do some quick forecasts on them to prioritize them based on potential return.

There is always going to be something @Thomas O'Donnell, some fear of now vs later because for every player out on the field making the actions to score the TD's, there is 10,000 sitting in the stands watching yelling out what those players "should" be doing, and guess how many points they score from those seats.... 

He is prioritizing his time and delegating this task to people that are professionals. 

I have a large network and know all the real players in my  market, I can get as many as I want with a push of a button.  

Don't run until you know whats up but don't necessarily prioritize it. 

This is also multiplied through the subs, the subs are doing the exact same thing, prioritizing the jobs that are profitable to work on and deprioritizing those that aren't.
