Is there any sites or stats anyone uses to see where real estate investors are most active, which cities.

On the old mobilehomeuniversity.com site they used to have a formula based on the following: 1 months lot rent X number of occupied spaces X 60. + 1 months lot rent X number of vacant spaces X 30.

Any advice on sites that you use to get that type of info?

I'll probably go with the $100 over one-month rent method that several of you describe; that sounds like it will also help with the "apply deposit to last month's rent" problem that I've read about elsewhere.I'll look at the various sites that you all mentioned, and see what numbers look like.
