I know a few people with plenty of cash who can do the private loan for me without issue.Curious if this makes sense and if so if anyone has any good resources for getting best pricing on fourplex loan.

I'm not sure where to start, but I'm hoping that I might be able to shadow an investor to teach me the in's and out's of the whole buying and renting process, so I can get a feel for what to expect and develop some prior experience.

These tenants are so big that obviously you aren't going to get a personal guarantee out of them, but they're also such a safe bet that it's not seen as a big deal.In the smaller range of 3-5 year leases and small businesses, you don't see a lot of NNN, and you see more personal guarantees for the first term of the lease.

So basically you want to make sure your park is legal conforming or at least legal non-confirming.
