You need to build your team for your real estate investing business.

My experience does not agree with yours as I do not see Ohio everywhere online and I invest in the Midwest. 

@Ryan TallAs business traveler to SLC frequently to the DT area having access to transportation and walkability to a place like Trolley Square with restaurants, shops, and a store. 

They are usually run by picky retired people who love to stick their nose into your business (a generalization... but often fitting!).  

Also, I don't want to do anything illegal, I want to run the business professionally.

turn it over to an attorney. let them deal with it and go after the company. that is all you can do, you tried to be nice but nice does not get you far typically in business when the other party just walks all over you. file for eviction and go after the personal guarantee of the company.
