.- What are your thoughts on using an FHA loan with a 3.5% down payment for a multifamily property?

I have seen a man who when he reads the contracts, will make notes on the right hand margin of the page with a line going back to the portion of the contract that he is noting about.

It rained a lot here creating soggy grounds and then the winds came, which knocked down a ton of trees and power lines.
